1. Our Commitment
Musicdl respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and respond to valid notices of alleged infringement.
2. No Hosting of Content
Musicdl does NOT host, store, or upload any audio files, music tracks, or copyrighted content on our servers.
All music links provided on our website are sourced from third-party cloud storage services (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and external websites. We do not have control over these external sources and cannot guarantee the availability or legality of content hosted on third-party servers.
Our service functions as a music discovery and indexing platform, similar to a search engine. We aggregate publicly available links and organize them for easy access, but we do not host any copyrighted materials directly.
3. What We Do

7. Counter-Notification

- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your location.
8. Repeat Infringers
Musicdl maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove any content that infringes upon the copyright of others.

Musicdl contains links to external websites and third-party content. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that Musicdl shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or losses caused by your use of any third-party content.
